Smoked Chili Grilled Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds chicken wings

- 1/2 cup Noodle Bomb Smoked Chili sauce (plus extra for basting)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lime wedges and chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine Noodle Bomb Smoked Chili sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.

3. Grill the wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through. Baste with extra sauce during the last 5 minutes.

4. Transfer wings to a platter. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
