Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 pound shrimp or extra-firm tofu, cubed

- 3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli florets, bell peppers, snow peas)

- 3 tablespoons Noodle Bomb Dragonfire Garlic sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional for extra garlic)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

- 2 servings cooked noodles or steamed rice

- Lime wedges and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp or tofu and cook until browned (2–3 minutes for shrimp or 4–5 minutes for tofu).

2. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until just tender, about 3 minutes.

3. Stir in the minced garlic (if using) and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Add the Noodle Bomb Dragonfire Garlic sauce and soy sauce, tossing to coat the protein and vegetables evenly.

5. Serve the stir-fry over noodles or rice. Garnish with lime wedges and sliced green onions.

6. Enjoy the fiery, garlicky flavor explosion!
