3 Quick Dinners You Can Make with NoodleBomb in Under 10 Minutes

It's 7 PM, you're hungry, and you don't want to cook anything complicated. These three meals use NoodleBomb ramen sauce as the flavor shortcut that makes simple ingredients taste like you tried. Each one takes under 10 minutes.

1. NoodleBomb Fried Rice (8 minutes)

You need: leftover rice (cold works best), 2 eggs, frozen peas or mixed vegetables, and NoodleBomb Original.

Heat oil in a pan on high. Scramble the eggs, push to the side. Add the rice and frozen veggies, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the rice is hot and slightly crispy. Add 2 tablespoons of NoodleBomb Original, toss everything together for 30 seconds. Done. The soy-sesame-mirin base in Original is basically a pre-mixed fried rice sauce. Top with sesame seeds and scallions if you have them.

2. Spicy Chicken Noodle Bowl (9 minutes)

You need: any noodles (instant, soba, udon, even spaghetti), pre-cooked chicken (rotisserie, leftover, or canned), and NoodleBomb Spicy Tokyo.

Boil noodles according to package. While they cook, shred the chicken and warm it in a pan with a tablespoon of Spicy Tokyo — the chili-garlic sauce glazes the chicken in about 2 minutes. Drain noodles, toss with another tablespoon of Spicy Tokyo, top with the glazed chicken. Add a soft-boiled egg if you have one prepped. This bowl has real depth for 9 minutes of effort.

3. Citrus Salmon Rice Bowl (10 minutes)

You need: a salmon fillet (fresh or frozen/thawed), microwave rice, avocado, and NoodleBomb Citrus Shoyu.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Pan-sear skin-side down for 4 minutes, flip, cook 3 more minutes. While the salmon cooks, microwave the rice and slice the avocado. Build the bowl: rice on the bottom, salmon on top, avocado on the side, and a generous drizzle of Citrus Shoyu over everything. The yuzu and light soy in the Citrus Shoyu is made for salmon — it's bright, clean, and elevates the whole bowl.

The Pattern

Notice the pattern: simple ingredients + NoodleBomb = meals that taste like you spent way more time on them. That's the whole idea. We built these sauces so you don't have to measure out soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, mirin, and chili separately. One bottle, perfectly balanced, ready to go.
